Loved Ones Lost - One night only charity showcase!

For the past four years (including an online version in 2021!), Gina from M4D teaching team has produced a unique variety show called Loved Ones Lost. This special event is held in loving memory of her late father, who struggled with mental health challenges and addictions. All proceeds raised from the show are donated to services and charities that support these causes.

To date, Loved Ones Lost has raised over £10,000 for incredible charities, including the ACTS team at Poole Hospital (Addiction Care & Treatment Service), Dorset Mind, The Samaritans, and Papyrus (Prevention of Young Suicide).

This year, Gina is once again hosting Loved Ones Lost 2025 at the Layard Theatre, Canford School, on Sunday, 23rd February, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and we would love your support to continue Gina's incredible fundraising!

The evening will feature professional vocalists, dancers, and aerialists, as well as talented student performers currently in training. Our ADP students will be taking to the stage to perform their brand-new Wicked medley too!

It promises to be a fantastic evening filled with music, dance, and heartfelt performances, all for an important cause. If you would like to attend, tickets are available at the link below.

Spotlight on our Street Dance Crews

Our Street Dance Crews at Mad4Dance give students the chance to take their passion and skills to the next level. It’s not just about dance—it’s about teamwork, dedication, and pushing yourself to be the best you can be.

Training, Teamwork & Performance

Being part of a crew is more than just learning steps; it’s about growing together as a team. Crew members develop their technique, confidence, and individual style while building strong connections with their teammates. They train hard, support each other, and take on both challenges and successes with determination and good sportsmanship.

Competing with Spirit

Throughout the year, our crews take to the stage in competitions and performances, representing Mad4Dance with energy, passion, and commitment. These experiences help dancers build confidence, feel a great sense of achievement and grow as both individuals and teammates.

Meet Our Crews

We are incredibly proud of our three wonderful Street Dance Crews who all bring something special....

🔥 Impact

🔥 Dynasty

🔥 Dangerous

How to Join

Crew membership is by invitation only, based on skill, commitment, and confidence. However, we do occasionally hold audition try-outs, giving students the opportunity to showcase their readiness and be offered a place in one of our Crews.

For anyone who loves street dance, performing, and being part of a supportive team, our crews offer an incredible opportunity to train, grow, and shine!

Our students will be performing two stunning pieces: 'Wicked Medley' – A brand-new, high-energy piece and 'Wait For It' – One of our student's favourites brought back from 2022!

Upcoming Events and Exams

Origins 2025 – A Celebration of Dance - crew students performing - 22nd march

We’re so pleased that our crews will be performing at Origins 2025, a youth dance showcase at Pavilion Dance. This event is all about celebrating different dance styles and giving young dancers a fantastic performance opportunity in a professional setting. The day will also include workshops with professional dance artists, time to meet other groups, and a chance to watch the dress rehearsal before the evening show. It’s a great experience for our dancers to learn, connect, and perform!

Street Dance Medal Tests - 1st march

Many of our students will also be taking their ISTD Street Dance Medal Tests, which focus on building confidence and understanding the different styles within street dance. These tests are a great way for dancers to track their progress and work towards new challenges, all while developing their performance skills. Most importantly, our dancers feel a huge sense of achievement after taking their medal tests, and have another opportunity to feel empowered and proud of themselves!

WABS Workshop - Wicked!

Mad4Dance is proud to be part of the Wessex Association of Ballet Schools (WABS), a charity of 8 local dance schools working together to provide children and young people with dance training and performance opportunities.

This March, some of our Rising Stars are taking part in a specially organised workshop day with WABS. The students will be taking class with other affiliated schools, with Hannah Levitt Collins, who has recently featured as a dancer in the brand new movie, as she delivers a special Wicked dance workshop!
